Apartments – Construction has begun to create 200 beds in four buildings. Projected time of completion: fall 2004. Baseball/Softballs Fields – The first phase is expected to go out to bid in April. Dormitory – An architect has been selected to design the building. Projected time of completion: fall 2005. Engineering, Science and Technology Building – Project went out to bid. Proposals were scheduled to be opened in March. Performance Soccer Field – Construction has begun. Completion expected in May. Longview University Center monument signs – Anticipated completion date is March 30. Other
Projects: Request for qualifications went out for the design
of two more parking lots and a small renovation project in PHE.
