| Research Funding Workshop
Dr. Da Hsuan Feng, UT Dallas vice president for research and graduate education and professor of physics, will present “Funding in Support of Faculty Research" and an interactive discussion for faculty at 9:30 a.m. – noon Wednesday, Nov. 3 in the UT Tyler Robert R. Muntz Library, room 401.
“Dr. Feng is a noted scholar and has extensive experience providing leadership for institutions and their faculty in obtaining grant funding to support research. He has numerous worldwide scholarly, professional and agency affiliations that have allowed him to be highly successful in obtaining funding for UT Dallas,” said Dr. Mil Clark, UT Tyler associate vice president for academic affairs.
Since coming to UT Dallas in 2000, Dr. Feng has helped increase research expenditures from $16 million to $33 million.
“We encourage you to attend and to feel free to come and go as your schedule permits,” said Dr. Clark.
