Construction Projects

Future Resident Hall location

Baseball/softballs fields - Phase I – Nearing completion. Phase I includes the earthwork, drainage, grading, retaining walls, irrigation and sod.

Baseball/softball fields - Phase II – Project underway. Scope of Work includes the grandstands for both fields and some lighting.

Residence Hall – Construction began Nov. 8. Residence hall will be five stories with 268 beds. Expected to open in fall 2006 .

Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building – Project underway. Building expected to be ready for usage by fall 2005. Library parking lot expansion – Design completed.
