Dr. Arun Kulkarni, Interim Chair and Professor of Computer Science, presented the following paper at the 14th Annual International Conference on Smart Engineering System Design: Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic, Evolutionary Programming, Complex Systems and Artificial Life held November 7-10, in St. Louis, MO. The paper is co-authored by Thomas Holly, a graduate student in computer science.
