Baseball/softballs fields - Phase I –Nearing completion. Phase I includes the earthwork, drainage, grading, retaining walls, irrigation and sod. Baseball/softball fields - Phase II –Contract has been issued. Scope of Work includes the grandstands for both fields and some lighting. Dormitory – Construction estimated to begin this fall. Dormitory will be five stories with 268 beds. Expected to open in fall 2006. Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building – Project underway. Building expected to be ready for usage by fall 2005. Library parking lot expansion – Design completed.
