Development Council Announces New Officers Jack Mann Sr. and Barbara Strunk are the new chair and vice chair, respectively, of the UT Tyler Longview University Center Development Council, which is responsible for assisting in the fundraising and promotional efforts of the campus. Officers of LUC Development Council standing committees are (from left) Mike Northcutt, community involvement chair; Carolyn Northcutt, special event co-chair; and Jim Roberts, fund-raising chair. Not pictured is Linda Robinett, special event co-chair. Ex officio members are Deanna Irvin (left), who will chair the Patriot Hole in One, and Carolyn Northcutt.
