Patriots Open Volleyball Season With Win

UT Tyler opens its second volleyball season by playing Jarvis Christian College Sept. 1 at the Herrington Patriot Center. The Patriots scored a 30-19, 30-17, 30-20 win over the Bulldogs.

Library to Present Readers Theatre Sept. 13

UT Tyler Robert R. Muntz Library and the Tyler Public Library will jointly participate in "The September Project" Monday, Sept. 13, at 7:30 p.m., with a free readers theatre performance of “In Their Own Words: excerpts from great speeches in American history.” The performance will be in the main floor lounge of Muntz Library. 5-Day Work Week Announced for Summer ’05

UT Tyler will operate on a full five-day work schedule next summer (May - August 2005), based on a recommendation from the President's Council .

Regular business hours for administrative units will be 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. More>>>

State Employee Charitable Campaign Begins Sept. 20

The UT Tyler 2004 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) will commence Sept. 20 and continue through Oct. 8.

The SECC provides a convenient way for members of the campus community to give to 385 social service and charitable agencies that help those in need locally as well as around the state, nation and world. More>>>

The IntercomOnline is published monthly during the summer, on the first Monday of each month. The online newsletter will return to its weekly publication schedule at the beginning of the fall semester.

To announce an upcoming event in the IntercomOnline, submit the information by filling out the submission form. The event will be published in the IntercomOnline as well as the Online Campus Calendar and UT Tyler Home Page.
