Guitarists Fisk and Pena to Perform at Cowan Center
Ticket prices are $30, $23 and $16, and can be purchased at the Cowan Center box office. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. UT Tyler students receive one free ticket when presenting their current student ID at the box office window. Student tickets may be limited to 200 tickets or until tickets have sold out. All faculty and staff receive a 15% discount. Tickets are based on a first-come-first-served basis. The performance is a part of the Braithwaite Music Series. Media sponsors include Waller Broadcasting and Cox Media. Fisk and Pena have performed all over the world showcasing fresh and modern style on works by great composers like Bach, Scarlatti and Mozart. Pena, perhaps the biggest star in Spanish guitar, teams with Fisk in this concert to bring rich and classical traditions of Flamenco guitar to the stage.
