Individual Tickets Available for Lily Tomlin at UT Tyler
 Individual tickets for actress and comedian Lily Tomlin are on sale now, announced Susan Thomae-Morphew, director of the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
Tomlin will kick-off the Cowan Center 2005-06 Performing Arts Series at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.
Tomlin’s performance is sponsored by Jack and Debra King.
Tickets are $56, $46 and $36, and can be purchased at the UT Tyler Cowan Center box office. Box office hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Students may receive a complimentary ticket by presenting their current ID at the Cowan Center box office. Two hundred complimentary student tickets are available to each event, and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. UT Tyler employees may receive up to two discounted tickets per event.
An acclaimed actress, Tomlin is the winner of six Emmy Awards, two Tony Awards and one Grammy Award. She is most remembered for her unforgettable performance in the hit film, “Nine to Five.” Currently, she appears as President Bartlett’s assistant on NBC’s “The West Wing.”
