UT Tyler Wind Ensemble ,7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7 in the Vaughn Auditorium. Directed by Dr. Jeffrey Emge, UT Tyler’s best wind and percussion students will perform masterworks by Michael Daugherty, Peter Tchaikovsky, Paul Hindemith, Gustav Holst, J.S. Bach and Frank Ticheli.

Evening of Acting Scenes , 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10 in The Theatre.Directed by Dr. Mary Ellen Wright and Dr. James A. Hatfield, acting scenes, audition selections and Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship scenes will be performed by UT Tyler theatre students.

The Friends of the Arts and Theatre’s 3rd Wednesday Film Series Hollywood to Broadway – The Graduate in Cowan Center, room 1009. Film presentations introduced by Professor Jim Yancy and Dr. James A. Hatfield. This semester the series features Hollywood films adapted for production on the Broadway Stage.
