John Stossel Concludes Distinguished Lecture Series
Ticket prices are $51, which includes the reception book signing and valet parking, $26 and $16, and can be purchased at the Cowan Center box office, open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. A free student seminar will be held at 4:30 p.m. Stossel, an award-winning news correspondent, was named co-anchor of ABC News “20/20” in May 2003. He joined the news magazine in 1981 and began doing one-hour primetime specials in 1994. In addition to longer in-depth reports for “20/20” on subjects raging from addiction to parenting issues in his “Family Fix” segments, Stossel is featured in a weekly segment entitled “Give Me a Break.” With 19 Emmy Awards, he has been honored five times for excellence in consumer reporting by the National Press Club.
