The University of Texas System Chancellor Mark G. Yudof speaks during the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce’s quarterly membership luncheon at Willow Brook Country Club Thursday. Yudof told members their mission and the mission of UT Tyler and UT Health Center were similar.
