Visitors Receive Souvenir Basketballs
UT Tyler basketball player Cerisse Tettey, a sophomore from Sugarland, presents a souvenir basketball to a young visitor following the women’s game Thursday. The boy was one of 11 Russian orphans meeting members of the men’s and women’s teams and receiving basketballs at the Herrington Patriot Center. The children and their Tyler host families saw the last half of the women’s game and the first half of the men’s game. Full Photo >>>

Meadows Gallery Features Artworks by Wade Eldean
Recent works by artist Wade Eldean are on exhibit Monday, Jan. 10, through Friday, Feb. 18, at the Meadows Gallery located in the UT Tyler Cowan Center, gallery director Matthew Rich announced.
The Meadows Gallery is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday or by special appointment (903-566-7250). A reception and gallery talk featuring Mr. Eldean will be 6-7:30 p.m. Feb. 18. The gallery talk will begin at 6:30 p.m. More>>>

Nominations Accepted for ‘Who’s Who Among Students’
The Office of Student Development is accepting nominations for “ Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”
The program honors outstanding campus leaders for their scholastic and community achievements. Each recipient receives a certificate and the national headquarters maintains a résumé referral service, at no charge, for each recipient. More>>>

Health Clinic Serves University Community
The University of Texas Health Clinic provides health care services to UT Tyler students, faculty and staff at its temporary site at 3410 Varsity Drive, south of the UT Tyler engineering building.
Clinic hours are 8 a.m. – noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1 – 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. More>>>
