Baseball/softballs fields - Phase I – Nearing completion. Phase I includes the earthwork, drainage, grading, retaining walls, irrigation and sod. Baseball/softball fields - Phase II – Project underway. Scope of Work includes the grandstands for both fields and some lighting. Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building – Project underway. Building expected to be ready for usage by fall 2005. Health Clinic – Project is out to bid. Competitive sealed proposals are scheduled to be opened Feb. 8. Location is on the corner of Patriot Drive and Spur 248. Library parking lot expansion – Design completed. Residence Hall – Project underway. Residence hall will be five stories with 268 beds.
