UT Tyler Students Walk-A-Mile

Over 110 UT Tyler students participated in the Arc’s 16th Annual Walk-a-Mile for a special child event April 21. The UT Tyler team won the college and university challenge for the most participants. The department of early childhood, reading and special education won the awards for largest team and most money earned. The “Hula Walkers” raised over $1,700 to help support the Arc’s programs for individuals with disabilities.
