Individual Tickets Available for 42nd Street
 Individual tickets for 42nd Street are now available, announced Susan Thomae-Morphew, director of the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
The dancing feet of 42nd Street will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Wednesday, Oct.18-19 at the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
The Broadway Series is sponsored by Citizens 1st Bank.
Tickets are $56, $46 and $36, and can be purchased at the UT Tyler Cowan Center box office. Box office hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students may receive a complimentary ticket by presenting their current ID at the Cowan Center box office. Two hundred complimentary student tickets are available to each event, and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. UT Tyler employees may receive up to two discounted tickets per event.
This family-friendly Broadway favorite, winner of the 2001 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival and currently delighting packed houses on Broadway, is a timeless and inspiring tale of small town Peggy Sawyer’s rise from chorus girl to Broadway star. The extravaganza includes favorites like "Lullaby of Broadway," "We're in the Money," "Shuffle Off To Buffalo," "Keep Young and Beautiful," "I Only Have Eyes For You," and the spectacular title number, danced down a flight of stairs that lights up as brightly as the faces of the cast.
