A new phone directory called the NameConnector service has been installed at UT Tyler.

NameConnector is a voice activated telephone directory that will allow the UT Tyler community and incoming callers to contact anyone at UT Tyler by simply saying their name or department.

The service can be used from any phone at any time of the day.

“NameConnector will make it easier for our external and internal customers to do business with us by streamlining access to people and services,” said Steve Wilson, UT Tyler director of information systems and communications. More...
