Baseball/softball fields - Phase III - A contract has been awarded to RPR Construction.  Project underway.  Scope of work to include entrance to the fields, pedestrian walkways and the field house/concession building.

Ratliff Engineering and Science Complex – Project underway. Building expected to be ready for usage by summer of 2006.

Health Clinic – Work is underway. Location is on the corner of Patriot Drive and Spur 248.

Library Parking Lot Expansion – Design completed.

Ornelas Residence Hall – Project underway. Residence hall will be five stories with 268 beds. Expected to open in fall 2006.

University Center Renovation – A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued for Phase I, Stage 1 which includes moving all underground utilities. RFP is being revised and will be re-issued.

Patriot Village Overflow Parking Lot – A contract has been awarded to RPR Construction. Work is underway. Project is for the construction of a 64-space parking lot adjacent to the Patriot Village Apartments.

ADA Accessible Sidewalk - A contract has been awarded to Jamail Construction to install a six-foot American Disabilities Act accessible sidewalk, with lighting and a retaining wall, from Lake Drive to the Library Parking Lot (#10).

Theatre Renovation - The renovation of the theatre area in PHE has begun. Plans are now being made for the area to be used as a transitional cafe until the permanent cafe is available in the new University Center area.
