Deadline Approaching for Costa Rica Trip

December 12 is the deadline for the $300 deposit for the March 11 - 19 spring break travel-study trip to Costa Rica.

Participants will earn three semester credits for the trip, which will cost $2,190.

The total cost includes roundtrip airfare, hotels, several tours, visit to local San Jose businesses, meals and tour guide, hotel and driver services.

“This trip will include visits to businesses in Costa Rica, such as the US Embassy, coffee plantation and oxcart factory, plus ecotourism, which includes a zipline tour of the rainforest canopy and trip to the Arenal volcano to watch the lava flow,” said Shanahan.
