UT Tyler Accepts 42 Students Displaced by Katrina
September 12, 2005The University of Texas at Tyler has enrolled 42 students from New Orleans area colleges and universities, President Rodney Mabry announced.
The students represent the University of New Orleans, Tulane University, Loyola University, Dillard University, Delgado Community College and Nunez Community College.
UT Tyler is hosting the UNO men’s and women’s basketball teams, who will play their home games at UT Tyler.
