TSGC Scholarship and Fellowship Deadline Feb. 17 and March 10

Texas Space Grant Consortium scholarships and fellowships are available for UT Tyler graduate and undergraduate students majoring in mathematics, computer science and engineering.

The application deadlines are Friday, Feb. 17 for graduates, and Friday, March 10 for undergraduates. Participants can receive up to $5,000.

TSGC is a group of 36 institutions including universities, community colleges, industrial organizations, non-profit organizations and government agencies within Texas joined to ensure space education, research and development are advanced in Texas.

Their mission is to inspire and motivate students at all levels to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, to assist in the professional development of faculty members and researchers in pursuits aligned with NASA’s mission to engage students and the general public in sharing and shaping the experience of exploration and discovery.
