Nursing Mediation Garden Dedication Set for June 19

A dedication for the Nursing Meditation Garden will be held 10:45 – 11:15 a.m. Monday, June 19 in the garden, which is located outside of the UT Tyler Braithwaite Nursing Building.

All UT Tyler faculty, staff and students are invited.

Remarks will be made by Dr. Linda Klotz, dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences; President Rodney Mabry and Dr. Danita Alfred, assistant professor of nursing.

Refreshments will follow in the foyer of the Braithwaite building.

The garden provides a place for students, faculty and staff to rejuvenate. Donations to support the meditation garden can be made in memory or honor of a loved one.
