UT Tyler Classical, Medieval, Renaissance Studies Conference Call for Papers

A call for papers to be included in The University of Texas at Tyler’s fourth annual College of Arts and Sciences Conference on Classical, Medieval and Renaissance Studies is open until Friday, Feb. 15, Dr. Victor Scherb, chair of literature and languages and associate professor of English, announced.
The conference is intended to bring students, faculty and the local community together to discuss a range of issues concerning the Classical, Medieval and Renaissance periods and their continuing importance, Scherb said.
Abstracts of 100 to 200 words for a 15- to 20- minute paper from faculty, as well as graduate level- and undergraduate students may be e-mailed to Scherb at vscherb@mail.uttyl.edu by the Feb. 15 deadline. In addition to the abstract, please include a brief personal statement or curriculum vitae with full contact information.
The conference will be held Saturday, March 22 at UT Tyler.
