Black History Program at UT Tyler Feb. 27

The University of Texas at Tyler Black Student Association will present a Celebration of Black History beginning at noon Feb. 27 in the University Center.

The program will include a special guest speaker, poetry reading from the BSA and a performance by the UT Tyler Soul Steppers.
