Graduating students are encouraged to pick up their allotted tickets for fall commencement, Sonja Morale, UT Tyler registrar, announced.

Each student’s allotment of tickets will be available in the dean’s office of their respective college through Friday, Dec. 7.

Graduation candidates are responsible for picking up their allotment of tickets, which vary by college depending on the number of applicants, and distributing them to their guests. Guest guidelines are printed on the back of each ticket.

Any unclaimed tickets after Dec. 7 will be available in the dean’s office of each college Dec. 10 – 14 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets for wheelchair-accessible spaces will be available upon request at the Enrollment Services Center. Each space will include a ticket for immediately adjacent companion seating. These spaces and seats will be marked reserved; please seek usher assistance on the date of commencement. Due to the limited number of wheelchair-accessible spaces, these reserved tickets are for persons using wheelchairs or power chairs only.

Photo ID will be required for all ticket pickups.

Limited on-site non-ticketed seating, featuring a live stream of the commencement ceremonies, will be available in the UT Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center, room 1009 on a first-come, first-served basis.
