RICHARDSON -- UT Tyler baseball pitcher Cason Adams has been tabbed as the American Southwest Conference Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced today.
Adams was historic in his outing last Saturday against Hardin-Simmons, throwing the second no-hitter in program history.
The sophomore from Rockwall was nearly perfect, retiring 21 of 23 batters, allowing just two walks in seven innings on the mound while striking out nine batters in the team's 4-0 win. More...
