Graduating students are encouraged to pick up their allotted tickets for Spring 2015 Commencement, Sonja Morale, UT Tyler registrar, announced.
Tickets are available exclusively in a printable e-ticket format via the UT Tyler ticketing website through Sunday, April 26. Candidates will use their Patriot credentials to log in and claim tickets up to their designated allotment, which will vary by college depending on the number of applicants.
Any students experiencing difficulties with their Patriot account should email ITsupport@patriots.uttyler.edu for assistance.
On Monday, April 27, all unclaimed tickets will be allocated to a general pool for those seeking additional tickets to claim through the website on a first-come, first-served basis.
Candidates with ticketing questions should email Graduationtickets@uttyler.edu from their Patriot email.
Candidates also will have the opportunity to note any party members who will need one of the wheelchair accessible spaces in the UT Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center when claiming tickets. Three reserved, adjacent companion seats will accompany each wheelchair accessible space, and ushers will be available to assist guests with claiming these seats on the day of the event.
