UT Tyler Faculty Members To Perform Classical Favorites

The University of Texas at Tyler will present a recital of classical favorites performed by faculty members Dr. John Webb, alto saxophonist, and Vicki Conway, pianist, Dr. Donna Dickerson, dean of the College of Liberal Arts, announced.

The recital, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 8, at Braithwaite Recital Hall in the R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center, will feature music by J.S. Bach, Paul Bonneau, Pierre Max Dubois, Jascha Gurewich and Jules Demersseman. There will be no admission fee. Seating will be limited. A reception will follow in the Cowan Center lobby.

Dr. Webb is director of the School of Visual and Performing Arts. Mrs. Conway has served on the UT Tyler piano faculty since 1984.
