![]() Fall Commencement to Recognize 433 CandidatesDecember 14, 2005 The University of Texas at Tyler will recognize 433 degree candidates during fall commencement Saturday, Dec. 17 at the UT Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center. Candidates in the Colleges of Business and Technology, Engineering and Computer Science and Nursing and Health Sciences will be recognized at 10 a.m. Candidates in the Colleges of Arts and Sciences and Education and Psychology will be recognized at 1:30 p.m. Dr. Rodney H. Mabry, president, will certify degree candidates. Presentation of degree candidates will be by Dr. Richard Osburn, provost and vice president for academic affairs; and by the deans of each of the university’s colleges: Dr. Donna Dickerson, Arts and Sciences; Dr. Jim Tarter, Business and Technology; Dr. William Geiger, Education and Psychology; Dr. Troy F. Henson, Engineering and Computer Science; and Dr. Linda K. Klotz, Nursing and Health Sciences. C. Nelson Clyde, IV, alumni representative, will give the UT Tyler Alumni Association presentation. Dr. Keith McCoy, senior faculty member, will be the macebearer. Dr. Michael Massar, senior pastor at First Baptist Church, will give the invocation and benediction. Music will be provided by the UT Tyler Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Jeff Emge, conductor.
