HOMETOWN RELEASE: Whitehouse Area Residents Recognized at UT Tyler Commencement
Twenty-three Whitehouse area residents were among 651 degree candidates recognized by The University of Texas at Tyler in fall commencement ceremonies held Dec. 14 and 15.
Whitehouse area residents and their degrees are:
ARP – Gregory Chase Thomas, B.S., history; and Jeannie M. Frazier and Kristal Bonner, B.S., interdisciplinary studies.
TROUP – Addam Stone, M.B.A.; Matthew Gabriel Ford, B.A., psychology; Melanie K. Starkey, M.Ed., reading; and Lori Michelle Burke, MA., school counseling; Jimmy C. Epperson, B.S., nursing.
NEW LONDON – Corey Adam Hendon, M.P.A.; and Mikayle Anne Durant, B.S., nursing.
WHITEHOUSE – Otis C. Freeze, M.A., tech-industrial distribution; Jacob Roy Robertson, Skylar John Dillingham and Jonathan Edward Gideon, B.B.A., finance; Kristle V. Bryan, Elizabeth Gage Brents and Crystal Elizabeth Malcolm, B.S.I.S.; Gwenette Nicole Sherman, B.S., health professions; Cherie L. Cotton and Leslie Anne Free, B.S., nursing; Jessica Nicole Chiles, B.S., journalism; Lacey Clark, B.S. political science; and Kevin Luke Bilberry, B.A., English.
President Rodney H. Mabry gave commencement remarks and certified the degree candidates. Presentations of degree candidates were made by the deans of each of the university’s colleges.
