The University of Texas at Tyler Fine Arts Complex Gallery currently features the senior exhibition “Mortal:Eternal, Other and Self” Ray Sikes, gallery coordinator, announced.

Featured UT Tyler student artists are Jake Arnold of Bullard and Josh Ware of Whitehouse.

A public reception and gallery talk will be 6 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9 at the gallery.

The exhibition, which is executed in partial fulfillment of UT Tyler’s bachelor of fine arts degree, concludes Friday, April 17.

Gallery hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by special appointment.

Housed within the College of Arts and Sciences, the UT Tyler bachelor of fine arts degree program offers students an opportunity to concentrate in two-dimensional studio art, three-dimensional studio art, multi-media art, art history or general studio art. UT Tyler students may also seek an all-level teaching certification with the degree.
