Nine East Texas small business owners will serve as keynote speakers for The University of Texas at Tyler Small Business Round Table on Oct. 9, 16 and 23.

"This program provides a structured and confidential environment for family and small business owners to share best practices and resolve their business challenges," said Dr. Jim Cater, UT Tyler professor and Center for Family and Small Enterprises director. "Each night we will have an outstanding panel of local businesspeople and then break into small groups for interactive discussion sessions. This will be a great time for learning, networking and making new friends."

Event topics this year are Operations Management on Tuesday, Oct. 9; Financial Management on Tuesday, Oct. 16 and Management Consulting on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Each Round Table discussion will be 6 – 8:30 p.m. at the Hollytree Country Club in Tyler. Cost per session is $65 and includes dinner.
