Dr. Edward Tabri, associate professor of history, gave a presentation about the life and education of Thomas Jefferson at the Sons of the American Revolution bi-monthly general meeting Sept. 25.

Tabri is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has studied in Europe as a Fulbright Scholar.

Dr. Robert Stevens, professor of education and curriculum and instruction department chair, recently completed two manuscripts with colleague Jared A. Fogel on the topic of the Great Depression.

The Great Depression: An Artist's View is written for 7-12 social studies methods courses, United States History courses and special topics courses which survey the Great Depression.

Crying out in Protest: The Formative Years of the Art of Seymour Fogel is a biography of Seymour Fogel. He was a noted Depression Era muralist who worked for the great Mexican muralist Diego Riveria.
