Cedar Hill junior Robin McDavid was recently elected to the BACCHUS Network Student Advisory Committee.
A journalism major with an emphasis in public relations, McDavid will represent Area 6, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Mexico for the next year.
"Robin has emerged this semester as a committed true leader. I look forward to continuing to work with her this next year both with the BACCHUS Area 6 leadership team and our peer education program through Wellness and Prevention Education Services," said UT Tyler counselor Kim Harvey-Livingston.
McDavid also is involved with UT Tyler's Campus Assault Response Effort student group, University Mothers Against Drunk Driving and College Democrats.
