Dr. James Nelson, College of Engineering and Computer Science dean, reviewed papers submitted to the Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice.

Nelson holds a bachelor of civil engineering degree from the University of Dayton and master of science degree and Ph.D. in civil engineering, both from the University of Houston.

He is a registered professional engineer in four states and a fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Society for Engineering Education member.
