Biography

NURS 4631 - Nursing Leadership and Management My teaching philosphy embraces the idea that learning is life-long and ones ability to learn is enduring. As nurses, we have a responsibility to reach and teach the patient through care and compassion. Our knowledge and competence help bridge the gaps in the delivery of patient care. My experience in nursing has spanned many areas which include oncology, critical care, perianesthesia care, and nursing administration (education and management).
