Current parking permits expire on August 31st, 2007.
Faculty and Staff parking permits for the new 07-08 year are available beginning Monday, July 23rd. Permits will be issued at the University Police Department office USC 125 located on Varsity Drive Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (we are open during lunch). If it is not possible for you to register during regular office hours due to special circumstances contact dispatch at ext 7300 and an officer will be sent to assist you at the Police Department (on Varsity Dr. USC 125).
To obtain your new parking permits you must fill out a registration form with your name, address, driver’s license number, vehicle description, and vehicle license plate. Our records do not roll over so you will need to know all of your vehicle and driver’s license information when you register. Also, employees now have to put their UTEID on their payroll deduction form, this information can be found on your previous check stubs. In addition, employees are required to either pay the cashier’s office $30 for their parking permit and bring the receipt to the Police Department when registering, or fill out a payroll deduction form at the Police Department.
Permits will only be issued in person at The Police Department, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OR ISSUE ANY PERMITS THROUGH INTEROFFICE MAIL, no exceptions.
