Art History
Examine and interpret works of art from the Paleolithic to Contemporary eras to become a museum curator, private collection manager, art director, practicing artist and/or graduate art student. You will learn from professors who are practicing artists and published scholars about how to use art historical methodologies to create original research papers and how to prepare and curate exhibits.
Outside the Classroom
Network and get experience outside the classroom with the Studio Art and Art History Association, which is a student organization that coordinates art exhibitions, guest artist and scholar lectures, and the annual Art History Student Research Symposium.
