Faculty Research
Work with psychology faculty to conduct empirical research on topics such as empathy and burnout among nurses, brain processes in emotion regulation, gender role development in children, or anxiety and depression prevention.
As a student in the undergraduate psychology program, you will study human behaviors, feelings, thoughts and motives. You also will have opportunities to participate in faculty research or conduct your own research as a part of the Honors Program.
The psychology honors program allows students to take special, in-depth psychology courses and to design original research projects for publication in scientific journals or presentations at research conferences.
