Personal Identification Numbers

To obtain your personal identification (PIN) number, visit the Registrar’s Office (ADM 221) and bring a photo ID with you.

To have your PIN reset, choose one of the following options:

  • Send an e-mail from your patriot e-mail account.  Please include your SID number or the last three (3) digits of your social security number.
  • Mail or fax your request and include a copy of your photo ID (your PIN will be reset back to the default which is your 2-digit birth month and 4-digit birth year).
  • You will be required to change your PIN.  Please make note of your PIN after you make the change.
