Changes of Catalog Year
Students may change their Catalog Year by submitting a Change of Catalog Year form to the Enrollment Services Center (ADM 230). Please take note that your Academic Advisor's signature is required for the Change of Catalog Year form to be considered complete. Forms received without an advisor's signature will not be processed.
Turning in on Campus:
Forms turned in on campus should be taken to the Enrollment Services Center (ADM 230).
