Grade Forgiveness

To file for grade forgiveness, complete the grade replacement contract and send the form to the Office of the Registrar.  Please include a copy of your photo ID.

Follow this link to print a copy of the grade replacement contract for Spring 2010.

The form must be completed and returned by the census date.  The deadline to file for the Spring 2010 semester is Monday, January 25, 2010.
