Grade Forgiveness

To file for grade forgiveness, follow this link to print a copy of the grade replacement contract and send the form to the Registrar’s Office:

The form must be completed and returned by the census date.

Fall/Spring Census Date – 12th class day

Summer I/II Census Date – 4th class day

Long Summer Census Date – 9th class day

The Office of the Registrar is committed to providing accurate, timely, courteous and thorough service to potential students, enrolled students, alumni and the university’s external constituents. The goal of the office is to respond to written requests within three working days and telephone requests within 48 hours.
