Time and Effort Certification (ECRT)

What is ECRT?

The ECRT (Effort Certification and Reporting Technology) system is new effort reporting system that supports the requirements of the federal government and the additional requirements of The University of Texas System (UT System), which were adopted two years ago. This new system is web-based and will replace the existing labor intensive paper system. ECRT will also employ various features to ensure that calculations are correct and other conditions are met before certification is possible.
