How can I get my P2 Card if I can't get to the Cashiers'
Office between 8am and 5pm?
The Cashiers' Office extends its hours during all registration
time periods. Appointments can also be made by calling (903)
566-7227.
How do I deposit funds on to my account?
You can deposit funds on to your account through the CMC stations
located in the UC and the Business Bldg. You can also deposit
funds through the Cashiers' Office located in ADM 125 or by
going online to the P2 Portal.
What do I do if I lose my P2 card?
You should report your P2 card immediately to the Cashers'
Office by email at cashiers@uttyler.edu
or at (903) 566-7227 or by logging into the P2 Portal. Make
sure that your card is really lost before getting it replaced
because a $15.00 replacement fee will be charged to you.
Why deposit funds on to my card?
Depositing funds on to your card allows you to purchase from
the various merchants on and off campus without worrying about
carrying cash around. It will also help you budget your funds.
For example if you only allow yourself to spend $30 a month
on coffee or drinks, you can just deposit that amount on to
your P2 card. You will not be able to spend any more than
that amount.
Do I have to get a P2 Card?
No, you do not have to get a P2 card unless you are planning
on attending a sporting event, Cowan event, campus computer
lab, the UT library or exercising at the Patriot Center. The
P2 card is your access card into many things on campus. You
can use this card for this purpose only. You do not have to
deposit funds on to the card.
What do I do if I think that my balance on my P2 card
is not right?
Go online to the P2 Portal to see your transactions or come
by the Cashiers' Office or email cashiers@uttyler.edu
to get a statement of your transactions.
How do I get my remaining funds back?
You will need to request that the balance of your P2 account
be refunded to you through the Cashiers' Office or by emailing
cashiers@uttyler.edu
by filling out the P2 Refund Form.
What do I do if my P2 card is denied at a location on
campus?
Come to the Cashiers' Office so that we can make sure that
your card is reading correctly or call (903) 566-7227 or email
cashiers@uttyler.edu
and tell us the day and location that your card was denied.
