Payment of Tuition and Fees

Students may not enter a class or laboratory until payment of tuition and fees has been arranged.  Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express will be accepted.

The following payment options are available:

1. Full payment in advance of the beginning of the class term.
2. Installment Plan.  (Available only in the Fall and Spring semesters).
   A $25.00 service charge is added to the total amount due. One-half of this amount must be paid in advance of the beginning of class.  Two one-fourth payments are due prior to the sixth and eleventh week of class.
3. Late fees on past due installments are $25.00 per late payment.

Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of your registration or schedule change.

Bills with a zero ($0.00) balance do not need to be returned in order to complete the registration process.  However, if you receive a zero balance bill and believe you owe money, please call the Cashiers’ office at (903) 566-7227.

Four Ways to Make Payment:

1. Online through FACTS Management Company by going to www.uttyler.edu/cc.  Payment plan or full payments can be made online.
   
2. Mail your payment to:

   Make sure you reference your student ID number with your payment to ensure that it is properly applied to your account.

4. Pay at the Cashiers’ Office on-campus.
