Statement of Purpose/Organization Description: Purpose: 1. To promote the advancement of Hispanic engineers and scientists in employment and education.  2. Improve the retention of Hispanic students enrolled in engineering and science at UT Tyler.  Description: Professional student organization that promotes enhancement of potential Hispanic engineers.
