Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)

Statement of Purpose/Organization Description: The purposes of the SHRM professional student organization will be: 

a) To acquaint students with the field of human resource management (HRM).

b) To keep students up-to-date on new developments in the field of HRM.

c) To assist students in preparing for a career as a professional in the field of HRM.

d) To encourage adherence to the Code of Ethics of the national organization of SHRM.
