Student Organization Orientation

Orientation is offered to help leaders of student organizations navigate the UT Tyler campus and conduct business on campus, and is required by Texas state legislation.

A student organization's registration will not be complete until all the authorized representatives and the faculty/staff advisor have attended an orientation session.

Below are the dates of the Student Organization Orientations:

Aug. 30, 2016 – 11 a.m., University Center Theater

Aug. 31, 2016 – 11 a.m., University Center Theater

Sept. 7, 2016 – 3 p.m., University Center Theater

Sept. 8, 2016 – 3 p.m., University Center Theater

Sept. 15, 2016 – 11 a.m., University Center Theater

Sept. 16, 2016 – 11 a.m., University Center Theater

Remember, orientation sessions must be attended in person once per academic year in order to complete the registration requirements.
