At The University of Texas
at Tyler, the discipline of sociology is housed in
the Department of Social Sciences, the
College of Arts
and Sciences.
Sociology may
be selected as the undergraduate major for the
Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science degree.
In turn, Anthropology and social work courses adjoin
sociology and those courses may be included as work
toward the undergraduate major in sociology.
