College Republicans

Statement of Purpose/Organization Description: A) To assure the functionality of a strong Republican party organization by undertaking recruitment of new members. B) To support the principles, objectives, and platform of the Republican Party of Texas on campus by informing the Student Body with speeches and publications. C) To provide a forum for Republican and conservative speakers. D) To aid the campaigns of duly nominated Republican candidates, and in so doing provide UT Tyler students the opportunity to develop their political skills. E) To provide opportunity to develop fellowship between individuals with common ideals, and in so doing promote the solidarity of the Party and thus, the strengthening of its ideals. F) To increase the political participation and awareness of our student body.
